In my 15 years of clinical practice, I have worked extensively with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity development, forensic issues, mood instability, and psychosis. I have effectively worked with clients suffering from various forms of mood disorder (adjustment disorder, major depression, bipolar disorder) and anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social phobia), as well as clients struggling to find their identity and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
What I have found to be of utmost importance is establishing a safe, secure, and authentic relationship with a client, in order to then tackle the issues, questions, conflicts, and difficulties that arise in the client's life. My approach to therapy is collaborative and built on a foundation of respect and empathy.
