I’m here to support you on your path toward self-discovery and a more fulfilling, balanced life. I’m deeply passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I bring a compassionate, empathetic understanding to the challenges that come with healing and change. I have experience using evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and build healthier thought patterns. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to your unique needs
I focus on somatic work in my practice, helping clients connect and understand how their experiences are held in the body. Through techniques such as mindfulness and meditation, I support you in building awareness of physical sensations and regulating your nervous system that can be especially powerful for healing from trauma and reducing overall anxiety.
My goal is to help clients nurture their self-worth, self-love, and self-exploration. I also work with couples to teach effective communication skills to strengthen relationships and intimacy. I offer a holistic approach combining mindfulness and body movement with traditional cognitive therapies. I provide education regarding coping and various life skills
