Years of experience as a social worker developed in me, a belief that all people can overcome challenges, by improving their abilities and skills to navigate past and present struggles. I am a believer that the therapeutic process must be person-centered and established with a respectful and energized connection between counselor and client.
As a fourth generation Montanan, born and raised in Western Montana and then moving to San Francisco, after high school; I have a strong understanding of many different cultures.
