Typical issues that I see include navigating life transitions; rebuilding trust; coping with depression; managing anxiety; processing grief, trauma and loss; emotional regulation; building self esteem & agency.

I enjoy working with all types of people and consensual relationship structures. I’m culturally humble, and am an ally for the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. My practice provides a safe space for all clients, including queer, non-binary, gender-diverse and transgendered individuals.
