My mission is to empower individuals, couples, and families that I work with. Helping you build meaningful connections to yourselves, others, and the world is part of that mission. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with adults, couples, families, adolescents and children. My style of therapy is client-centered and humanistic, you and your needs are always the main priority.
I utilize a strength-based approach and often incorporate CBT and DBT interventions as needed in order to help you get to where you want to be. I am Gottman Couples Therapy L1 Trained and enjoy working with couples. I also have experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am Bilingual and can provide services in Spanish.
