I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in working with various age groups, from children, adolescence, and adults to geriatrics. I help men, women, and children work through different struggles of life, such as, school, work, and relationships. I specialize in cognitive behavior therapy to work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and addiction. I help individuals gain control of their thoughts, their feelings and emotions; and bring them to a world of empowerment and strength to overcome many of life's difficulties.
The only way to get past it, is to go through it with support, compassion, and understanding. Some coping practices are mindfulness, art therapy, grounding, relaxation breathing, and journaling. I will listen to you and guide you through self reflection to gain awareness and insight in identifying the causes to your struggles.
