I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families on challenges related to all types of relationships. In addition, I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of aspects of life adjustment and emotional well-being, including (but certainly not limited to) general discontent, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD.
I offer individual psychotherapy, as well as couples and family therapy. I also complete psychoeducational evaluations to assess children and adolescents for learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and social/emotional needs, which can assist with educational services/placement, accurate diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
