I’m an existential therapist with a strong academic and analytical lens, specializing at the intersection of Borderline Personality Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Dissociative Identity Disorder. I primarily work with high-functioning professionals and clinicians whose internal experiences are more complex than their outward lives might show. Many of my clients are intellectually driven, emotionally intense, and looking for deeper psychological work rather than surface-level coping strategies or reassurance.
I am trained in multiple modalities, with my work largely informed by the science of memory reconsolidation. I believe meaningful psychological change is possible, even in long-standing conditions. I approach complex and acute diagnoses with clinical rigor and precision, while resisting the reductionism and stigma that often accompany these diagnoses.
I work from both my best clinical training and my own lived experience of psychological struggle. I am not separate from the work I do. I am direct, engaged, and thoughtful in the room.
