If you’re neurodivergent—ADHD, autistic, or highly sensitive—you may have been given tools to manage your symptoms. But often, something still feels unresolved. Patterns persist. Reactions feel stronger than they “should.” Or you find yourself exhausted from constantly coping.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for neurodivergent adults who want more than symptom management. My work focuses on understanding how neurodivergence and trauma interact-so we can directly reduce difficulties.
Using a somatically-oriented Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we identify and work directly with not only traumatized parts, but also the neurodivergent ones—the ones that create symptoms like attention difficulties and so on. Neurodivergent symptoms are not necessarily unchangeable “traits”—they are malleable parts within us that can be adjusted.
With lived experience of trauma, high sensitivity, and ADHD, I understand what it means to feel different. My work is shaped by both personal healing and clinical training, and I create a collaborative space that minimizes power dynamics so you can feel safe and fully accepted.
