I specialize in the integration of mind, body and soul in therapy. Our ways of coping in the past can disconnect us from ourselves (and others) and make life challenging. In session, we retrain the mind to work with the body, resulting in more ease, meaning and vitality. This may involve awareness training, experiential exercises and fun co-created homework.
As a therapist and a being in it all, I feel a natural warmth towards the human experience. I find the best healing comes when following our interests. Our bodies know how to heal themselves, we are just making room for what organically wants to occur. Therapy is not meant to be drudgery.
