In my over 15 years of experience in educational, mental health, and family service settings, my work has focused on helping children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, loneliness, social-emotional, and learning challenges. Different approaches will be explored to meet each individual’s needs, taking into account families' cultural values and beliefs.
I offer individual sessions, as well as support for families and caregivers who want to better understand and help the young adults in their lives. I work with clients in a partnership to support them in a compassionate environment as well as strategizing and empower them to become effective self advocates.
