As someone who has personally overcome many obstacles, my passion is helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma, neglect, family conflict, and grief so they can live more balanced, joyful lives. I don’t believe we’re here to suffer endlessly—I’m here to guide you through your struggles and restore hope, so you feel inspired and genuinely look forward to your life again, not dread it!

In our work together, I’ll collaborate with you, empower you, and give you the space to recognize your strengths and rebuild confidence in who you are, so you can make the best decisions for your life. With kids, I work with the whole family so everyone learns healthier tools and heals together.
