My style as a therapist is authentic and open. I believe that entering therapy—sharing your inner world—requires feeling safe, understood, and connected. My first priority is to build a trusting relationship where you feel free to explore and express all parts of yourself.
I view each person as the expert of their own experience. At the same time, I recognize how our unconscious lives often shape us in ways we don’t always see, sometimes surfacing as pain or conflict. Within that pain lies the possibility for growth.
I help people explore the patterns, conflicts, and ways of relating that may be keeping them stuck, while also creating space for something new to emerge. I particularly specialize in working with folks struggling with OCD and use Rumination-Focused ERP and psychodynamic therapy as part of a deeper, collaborative process of understanding and change.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel more understood, less alone, and more able to move through your life with greater freedom and self-connection. Over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of working closely with the LGBTQ+ community, and I remain committed to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all of my clients.
