I would love to work with you! I focus on supporting nourishing adult, individual and relationship states. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked extensively with trauma, suicidality, and relationship distress; the intersections of identity, gender, and sexuality; and stress in marginalized ethnic, racial, religious, cultural, and immigrant communities.
Finding the right therapist can be tough, especially when you're struggling. I know what that's like. My approach is Somatic (bottom-up), Collectivist, Indigenous, Liberatory, Empowerment- and Attachment-focused, with Cognitive and Behavioral roots. Also, I'm a Queer, Southeast Asian, neurodivergent woman immigrant in small-town Georgia. Let me help!
