I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety treatment, postpartum issues, and healing trauma using therapy techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure / Response Prevention to realign your response to challenges with your values and reconnecting you with those you love.

I'm a fierce advocate for justice and the value of all people. I counsel from a humanistic perspective, whether that is helping you examine core beliefs with empathy or harnessing the power of attachment neuroscience to aid you in communicating differently with your partner.
