I love working with caretakers, changemakers, and creatives on issues like anxiety, burnout, compassion fatigue, depression, grief/loss, perfectionism, and trauma.
We all come to this work at different points on the path, and I will meet you where you are at while compassionately challenging you to envision what could be different. Therapy with me feels like slowing down enough to access emotions/sensations in real time and looks like a willingness to try something new during session. A healthy dose of humor helps!

Bridges to Belonging | A Six Week Process Group
In a world where belonging is vital, this group aims to delve deeper into the facets of connection. Our sessions will combine art therapy activity, psychoeducational exercise, and supportive group discussion–providing a brave space for individuals to explore relationship with self and other. We will explore belonging and its impact on emotional wellbeing, identify personal/systemic barriers to belonging, learn practical tools to enhance a sense of belonging, and share experiences, insights, and stories in a supportive environment. BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities are encouraged to participate. All interested participants will complete survey and schedule a phone screening for eligibility.
