I work with caretakers, changemakers, and creatives using a blend of solution-focused, somatic, and story-telling approaches (ACT, IFS, Gestalt, Narrative Therapy). I bring an empathetic, humorous, and matter-of-fact lens to my clinical work.

I support people with ADHD (primarily inattentive), anxiety, burnout, depression, grief/loss, perfectionism, life transitions (moving to a new place, pregnancy/postpartum, starting a new job), and relationship concerns.
