I offer individual counseling to English- and Spanish-speaking adults using my 30-year experience working in Mental Health, Addictions, Trauma, Perinatal Mental Health, and Parenting Education. I am passionate about helping clients connect with their bodies and life experience, to take more compassionate care of their needs and powerful potential for growth.
Telehealth during COVID was challenging but ultimately transformational for all of us. Adapting to this new environment revealed the need to bring more movement, connection and intimacy to the therapeutic relationship.
