Foster Richardson Mental Health Counseling Services, LLC psychiatry and counseling group was founded in 2010 by Mariella F. Richardson, LISW-S MPA for the purpose of
educating families, the community, school staff, mental health personnel and
those that work with children and youth in mental health education. The
FRMHCS mission is to serve and strengthen families and children by building
healthy communities and reducing disparities within the Tri-State area. It
promotes a variety of mechanisms for networking, collaboration, and
information exchange enabling all these groups towards systematic change.
Individual and group counseling dealing with the everyday stresses of life as well as past traumatic episodes. Group, case management, depression, bipolar, school related issues for teens among other issues will be the focus in order to alleviate the daily stress of life.
My therapy style is culturally sensitive and geared
towards those who may not under regular circumstances reach out for assistance
with their mental health. I may be reached through email or phone in order to begin. I look forward to hearing from you.
