I also assist clients in building self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries, and exploring identity to find true fulfillment.
I am a relational and collaborative therapist. I have specialized training and experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma related to relationships, family of origin, and life transitions. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed framework using somatic tools, attachment theory, and parts work to help best support you.
I welcome individuals from LGBTQ+, gender diverse, CNM/polyamorous, and kink communities. My current focus is devoted to helping clients discover their authentic self, find safe and affirming relationships, and to allow space for every identity without judgment.
