Life doesn't always go the way we envisioned it would. Sometimes we can handle life's curveballs, but sometimes we need some guidance to do so. Whether relationships aren't going well, work or school isn't enjoyable and fulfilling, you feel different or overwhelmed after a new baby, something inside of you doesn't feel quite right, or you just want to discover who you are, I can support and guide you through the obstacles keeping you from living the life you want. I can help with a wide range of issues like trauma, anxiety, stress, career/school pressures, family/relationship problems, affairs, communication issues, and many more.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for clients to discuss what they are going through and work together to make the changes they need to achieve their goals. I'm trained in a variety of methods to help adults, children/teens, couples, and those experiencing perinatal mental health issues. Currently pursuing certification in Sex Therapy as well.
I aim to help by exploring your issues and discovering your strengths and resilience so you can grow and thrive. Therapy isn't always easy, but it's always worth it. I believe we can grow through what we go through, and I'll be there to guide you along the way. I speak Spanish, which helps me connect with clients who like to communicate in both languages.
