Many of my clients are seen as "having it together," however, inside they've grown numb, tired, restless, and sad. They feel stuck in behavior patterns that they can't seem to change. Their relationships have become unsatisfying. The demands of life feel increasingly heavy. They long for something or someone to help them move in a new direction.
I am a depth-oriented therapist who invites you to journey to the forgotten places of your heart to explore and reconnect with yourself. I offer you a safe space to be heard. I offer tools, experiences, and skills to help you find clarity, perspective and impetus for change. In addition to using in-office appointments, I also offer running/walking therapy.
