Welcome. I'm glad you're here; looking for a therapist can be overwhelming! If you're looking to learn more about the reactions and emotions you're finding hard to live with, especially if they're related to something you've experienced in your past that you're struggling to let go of, we may work well together. I've spent my career working alongside people who have been deeply impacted by what they've seen and faced. What happens in our lives shapes us- but sometimes, our brains try to protect us in ways that aren't always helpful.
I'm a certified clinical trauma professional, which just means that I have the tools and knowledge to help others process what they've gone through and find adaptive ways to live with it. We can work together to use your strengths and values and develop new skills and knowledge to help overcome what you have faced. Check out my specialties for specifics.
