I am an independently licensed counselor skilled in using evidence-based interventions to help my clients achieve their goals. I specialize in relationships. I see clients during the week and on weekends.
Life can be bumpy at times, veering into unfamiliar or challenging territory knocking us off-center. I believe that during these times, the healthy person within all of us reaches for change, wellness, and connection. Many of my clients are seeking stronger more enjoyable relationships, increased meaningful activity in life and improved emotional wellness.
I enjoy helping people achieve their unique and individual goals. My clients report experiencing increased motivation, self-acceptance, peacefulness, and happiness within themselves, as well as their relationships.
