I am an independently licensed counselor skilled in using evidence-based interventions to help my clients achieve their unique goals. I specialize in relationships and anxiety. I see clients during the week and on weekends in the office or via telehealth. Other therapists in the practice specialize in trauma, grief, chronic illnesses, and caregiver fatigue. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you create real, meaningful change—not just talk about what’s wrong. I draw from Cognitive Therapy, ACT, mindfulness, and relationship-focused work, using what actually fits you. You don’t have to come in with everything figured out. Just be yourself, and we’ll take it one step at a time.
