Clients who struggle with managing stress, anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression. These clients need a way to process their thoughts, emotions and learns effective ways to communicate and cope with their feelings. Many of these clients experienced some sort of trauma or childhood challenges they continue to struggle with. Their goals are to face these challenges and overcome them.

Over 8 years of professional work experience, I offer a nonjudgmental, safe space to process your thoughts. Trained in both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I use a mix of positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help you reach your goals.
