As your therapist, I will take a nonjudgmental and empathic approach to help you in your journey to healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has a person centered and non-directive approach. In our therapy sessions together, you lead and I listen and provide you with the tools and techniques as needed. Our allotted time is for you to talk, process, challenge, and work on anything you see fit to change. And my role is to provide you the space to heal.
I am gentle but real and know how delicate the healing process is. I am patient and understanding because I know the strength it takes to speak of your trauma. I am laid back and collected because I know you are the author to your story. My space, is your space. What we talk and you process, will always be done with respect, without judgement and delicacy.
