If you are struggling with understanding yourself, being compassionate to yourself, or feeling overwhelmed, reach out! My goal is to foster a space where you can notice what you are feeling and process your hurt while learning to be more compassionate to yourself. My ideal client is motivated and a big feeler.

I work from an anti-oppressive, anti racist, and health at every size lens. I work mainly with adults and some queer couples.
My work draws on concepts from Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. These approaches focus on understanding how emotions show up in our bodies, gaining insight into the impact of our past on our present, and reintegrating past parts of ourselves that have been hurt.
My goal is to build a collaborative and trusting space with you. My hours are Monday through Wednesdays from 9 to 4pm (St. Paul) as well as Thursday mornings (Minneapolis) both online and in person. Reach out over email to set up a 15 minute consult. Looking forward to meeting you!
