I currently provide mental health, EAP, and grief counseling; GriefShare services, along with academic, career, mental, personal, and social counseling for adults, teens, adolescents, and children; individuals, families, and groups. I have experience in relationship counseling, working to resolve issues, and family conflict. I look forward to working together with you to resolve and meet your counseling needs. Some of the therapeutic approaches used are person (client)-centered, cognitive behavioral, IBT, and motivational interviewing therapy.
