My specialty is helping clients to find their meaning, goals and direction to live an effective life. I can provide tools and direction, but am more of a facilitator than a director, as the client knows best what they are seeking.
I have extensive background working in issues of child welfare, domestic violence, substance abuse, and trauma. I also enjoy doing couples therapy when both parties are committed to making changes.
If you are looking for relief from daily symptoms of depression and anxiety, I have been trained in various forms of therapy, cognitive, narrative, psychodynamic, and EMDR.
