Many of the people I work with are tech professionals, busy working parents, and first- or second-generation Asian American adults who feel caught at the intersection of work, family, and identity. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. As a first-generation immigrant myself, I deeply understand the cultural, family, and career pressures Asian American adults and professionals carry, and I bring that understanding to our work.

With a doctorate in clinical psychology, I draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, tailored to you. I offer telehealth across California and am accepting new patients.
