I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups (ages 3-80+). The counseling process focusses on increasing healthy boundaries, choices, and communication, while reducing conflict, deepening intimacy, and developing healing and peace with yourself and others.
I know, first hand, how scary, and difficult it can be to find a safe place to be transparent and vulnerable. It is an honor to provide a safe place, and join clients on their healing journeys.
