My name is Marie Pamela Stead, LMFT who has helped lots of young adults struggling with feelings associated with anxiety. I offer talk therapy through the therapeutic process to identify the root of their dis-ease by processing those experiences and challenges that you face, so you can live a life filled with peace, calm, wholeness, and hope. I am a Christian counselor with a Christ-centered approach. He has all the answers for living that rich fulfilling life! I have helped lots of young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and issues associated with grief.
I am passionate about helping you become all that you were created to be. My mission is to empower you to become stronger in the process. Together we look for core issues that are hindering your journey and causing problems in your life. Together we come up with realistic goals and ways to achieve success.
Eventually, I discovered that I was much better at helping others who were struggling with mental health issues. The journey to becoming a LMFT took over 10 years to achieve! It was all worth it because I enjoy being a part of the journey to healing, restoration, and a newness of life through a simple word called Hope.
