With chronic pain, your body can feel like the enemy. You may feel cut off from others or the activities you enjoy. Instead of focusing on what feels broken, this group orients toward connection and support. I use the practices of Somatic Experiencing and Inner Relationship Focusing to bring a trauma-informed approach to healing. You’ll discover ways to feel more at ease in your body and regain a sense of you that is not in relationship to your pain. Starts Wednesday, April 16 for six weeks, meets virtually.
