I am trained in psychodynamic therapy. I also utilize cognitive therapy, mindfulness based techniques, family systems theory, and focus on being self compassionate with yourself.
I have been practicing psychotherapy as a licensed therapist for 34 years. My experience includes working with children and families for 15 years. I have worked with adults, including those suffering from chronic mental illnesses, in outpatient, state hospital, and prison settings.
