Are you a woman trying to make sense of life? Being a female has its passions and pitfalls. Physiological and hormonal changes, as well as life stressors can affect our mood at any of our developmental stages. Thus, many of times, making us feel exhausted and unsure of ourselves. Feeling this way does not mean you are losing your mind. It means, you need some assistance in getting past a growing pain in your development, only to emerge with stronger and healthier coping skills.
I can assist with acquiring healthier and more resolute coping skills that will allow you to move forward in whatever stage of life you find yourself. Getting unstuck is my specialty, whether you are 10 or 89. I specialize in women's issues from teen issues to menopause.
I also work with women with medical illnesses, such as diabetes type II, or cancer. Therapy does not have to be all about talk, I am an integrative psychotherapist.
