Together we explore patterns, thoughts, feelings, behaviors which interfere with growth and change. Within a safe, confidential,interactive environment, inner capabilities are released and more effective options discovered.
A specialty of mine is working with adults in transition who experience anxiety/depression around loss or change. They commonly feel trapped in fear, self-doubt, confusion or frustration. As a result of our work together many clients report new confidence, more effective management of life stresses and improved relationships.
