A Lion's Way Counseling has developed a program for girls and young adult women to discover their inner lioness. This program is a unique combination of coaching and counseling. We incorporate esteem building techniques, empowerment, fitness, goal setting, lifestyle, and therapy. It's a fun, positive and proactive approach. A Lion's Way Program includes: Goal setting, Educational, Fitness, Spirituality, Career, Financial, Health, Lifestyle, Self-awareness, Self-confidence, and more. The program includes both individual and family sessions.
Girls I work with learn how to handle stress and overcome challenges. She will know how to stay true to herself as she navigates: Peer pressure, Friendships, Dating, Social media, Drugs and alcohol, Recognizing abusive relationships. She will learn: Self-awareness, Stress management techniques, Self-compassion, and more.
I am passionate about showing girls and young adult women their inner strength. The adolescent years are a critical time in a girl's life. She is on the verge of making life changing decisions that will shape her future. There is a lioness in every one of us waiting to be unleashed.
