My passion is working with people who are struggling with various issues and to help them function in their daily lives and activities with success.
I provide mental health counseling concerning issues related to relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and others. I am certified in Prepare and Enrich Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and EMDR Trained.
