This is why I place an emphasis on authenticity and the importance of understanding each person as a whole, focusing on healing through the integration of mental, physical, and spiritual health. As a therapist, I will involve strategies and techniques including CBT, sandtray and sandplay, motivational interviewing, addressing the mind and body connection, and the incorporation of ongoing psychoeducation.
I work with a range of mental and behavioral health issues including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, autism, and selective and progressive mutism. Additionally I work with young children, adolescents, and adults.
