I offer comfortable couch conversation or, if you choose, options like art, sandtray, or imagery that allow us to take some distance from the issue and see from a different perspective with potential for some fun. EMDR and FLASH are also great tools for processing tough events without needing to tell the story. Now a little about my experience:
With a background in maternity care and body work, I specialize in attachment, anxiety, loss, and trauma issues. As a therapist for Logan Health, I worked with teens in schools.
