I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in private practice with individuals and couples for over 26 years. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety. Teaching communication skills , stress management, and life coaching are some of my passions as a therapist. I also like working with individuals with life adjustment conditions, relationship break-ups and loss.
I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach in therapy. Specialize in treatment of adults and teens years and older. I enjoy teaching assertiveness skills to individuals and couples, and have developed a handbook for teaching assertiveness skills. Trained by the Gottman Institute for marital therapy.
I have a small dog who comes to work with me daily.
