I also offer a supportive space for couples and new moms navigating the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you’re facing anxiety, identity shifts, communication struggles, or the weight of new responsibilities, therapy helps you feel seen, supported, and more connected.

With over a decade of experience in women's health as a fertility/women's health acupuncturist, I have supported individuals and couples navigate the challenges of getting pregnant and the difficulties that can arise once you finally are.
