I will provide an atmosphere of safety without judgment so that enlightenment, healing and growth can take place. I use Solution-Focused approach to therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques in my work with couples, families and individuals to help enhance and maintain rewarding relationships and manage life transitions.
Relationship Counseling: I offer a Solution-Focused, Emotionally Focused (EFT) and Narrative therapy approaches in most cases for relationship counseling. We identify problems, examine the emotions driving problematic behaviors, and create a new story to help envision the desired outcome and foster a corrective emotional experience.
Life Transitions: The one thing we know for sure is that life changes. Relationships ebb and flow like waves in the ocean. I use my life experience as well as professional experience and knowledge to assist my clients in navigating the life transitions that can interrupt the flow of their relationships, whether partner/spouse, family or work-related.
