I am happy to work with anyone who just wants to do better. It's a huge step to trust someone and come to therapy, so it is my job to guide them through their thoughts and feelings to make better decisions. Most people just want to break they cycles they've lived in for years and it's a privilege to teach them new ways of being.
I do well with trauma and I love teens and young adults. I worked for years in the school system and have now come to private practice to expand my skills. I am a second generation immigrant, so I just feel a need to give back as I often feel very lucky to be here.
Please feel free to reach out and get to know me. Finding a counselor can be hard and you need to find someone you can trust to do the work that really facilitates change. I feel that I am easy to talk to and have a lot of resources to really help people.
