I work with children 7+, adolescents and adults. I am currently providing telehealth services to Florida residents.
My areas of expertise include working with severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, addiction, anger-management, domestic violence, parenting “conflict,” co-dependence, family & relational problems, issues of faith & religious harm. Additionally, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and a Qualified Supervisor in Florida.
During the therapeutic session, we will work together to uncover the self-contradictions that's keeping you stuck through a variety of treatment “modalities”including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Paradoxical Intervention.
