I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, offering compassionate guidance for autism-related challenges, and affirming the unique strengths of neurodivergent individuals. My approach is particularly attuned to those recovering from the complexities of narcissistic relationships. I help clients trust themselves and build meaningful connections.
