My approach is collaborative, and my goal is to play a part in helping you improve all aspects of your life whether in relationships or difficult circumstances.
I see clients dealing with personal struggles of depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, communication skills and conflict. I use a warm, collaborative, humanistic approach when seeing clients. I also augment sessions with other systemic models such as: CBT, solution focused therapy and narrative therapy.
