With my warm and interactive style, I will help you begin the process to positively change the narrative of your life. My nonjudgmental style puts clients at ease so they can open up.

I use a variety of proven treatment methods and hold specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My eclectic toolbox includes mindfulness techniques, supportive psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I conduct therapy with adults through a variety of modalities like individual, couples and family therapy.

I specialize in acculturation issues with first/second generation immigrants as well as other cross-cultural issues.
