I strive to foster a warm therapeutic alliance with my clients. I am extremely passionate about empowering people to be self aware of their values, beliefs, and inner strengths. Together, we will collaborate to create a new blueprint that will better serve you to live a meaningful, fulfilling, and whole-hearted life.
I primarily work with the adult population. I like to incorporate diverse treatment strategies and skills. I am a huge advocate of Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist with healing from trauma. Let's begin your new journey together!
