I have experience with individuals face to face who want to seek out their potential and work through challenges and fears. My mission in a therapeutic relationship is to. help you build an action plan to navigate your barriers; as well as gain life skills, communication skills, coping skills and learn how to advocate for yourself is important to me. I would like to help you learn how to work with others, challenge your fears and work through resistance. I am here to listen and guide you in a positive direction!
I offer education and coaching skills to help someone gain internal strength and power to work through, out or away of life's struggles. Whether its an addiction, substance abuse, toxic relationships or a negative sense of self. I offer talk therapy services that will help you learn how to gain skills towards a better self.
You might be someone unsure about therapy, might be unsure if there's a problem, or just would benefit from someone being there to listen and support you.
